Have used Carrie for two separate moves. She was beyond awesome on both moves. She doesn't miss a thing. She follows through on all the possible details. Almost like she was a step ahead on all possible tasks. I would considered myself blessed if she worked for me. Her attention to detail and follow up is off the charts. She lived up to that, and then some, in finding me exactly the home I wanted. I asked a lot of her, too. I told her I was coming to Charleston for a few days and asked if we could do a blitz of places in that short amount of time. Not only did she do a thorough job of finding places that had the features on my wish list; she also rescheduled my first day when I was delayed a day due to weather. She guided me in the "how-to's" of the application process and kept me in the loop which I think secured my first choice of home.
